Well I will be going ahead, I found a network which seems to have good offers last week I just need to refind it lol. Hopefully it will be successful, if only to prove to my boyfriend that I can actually make money online (he thinks I cant because its taking so long to build another project I have, but hey, I am a noob to php and cant really do much about that)

Yes there are definite ways to make that much in that period of time. PPC will get you there alot quicker. You just have to be creative in your methods.
actually i wud say its easy.but a lot depends on the nature of the offer if you are using cpa then its damn easy if clickbank or something else,then tough.
Do you think doing this at a subdomain on one of my other domains is a bad idea? Its an unrelated although subject neutral domain. I dont really want to be buying yet another domain, I already have about 10 doing nothing.
