It's a bit soft when you're just reading green on grey. When there's black too it all pulls together nicely though.
Honestly, the green does not look good on the grey. It's a bit hard on the eyes. Also, a nice box around each major category could help give a good flow on the page for the eyes to follow. Could make things easier and quicker to find because one will have 'jump zones'... if you know what I mean.
I agree with the green on grey posts, I also feel maybe the heading should stand out a bit more, maybe put them in bold.

The results page looks nice. The main page looks scattered - after the logo, I wouldn't know where to look (other than the search bar). I think Google's personalised home page style could be the way to go with your first page design.
Why not make the blue link of the weblisting bold, and the green linktext a bit smaller. That way imo the listings have a better reading.
