Friend's Paypal account dont accept payment from me! someone can help?

    I unable to send money to one of my friend account!! I tried to change email but nothing!
    I need someone where I can send 10$ and after send them to my friend account!!
    all the accounts are verified. I think that the problem is that my friend have setup something :( but we cant found it

    Are you an indian? if so you cannot pay via paypal...

    This shouldn't happen if both the account are verified and not limited by paypal
    Suggest you/your friend call paypal and ask them, this is the fastest way to solve the problem

    Indian user can not send fund from paypal fund , if you need to send some one u need to add credit card
