I just had a look at your website and I immediately recognized it. It's a Wordpress blog with the Buddypress social network plugin. This is a great plugin. However it has a few bugs. First of all it doesn't allow attachments in the forums' section. Secondly, it isn't compatible with certain Wordpress templates. Good Luck with your website!
