Friends, how do we create a drop down menu?

I need someone to please guide me in creating a drop down menu.

I have a navigation bar on top of the page.. Its tabs type navigation menu.

But i want to create a drop down menu.. So when someone click Account, So drop down menu shows like Open Account or so

How to do it?
