    Depends on how you buy links.
    The best way is to contact relevant sites/blogs and ask.

    I am thinking that advertising on this forum and other forums for wanting links or selling links is now a waste of time.

    I never buy links through forums/fivver or other sites selling.
    Again, look at above best way.

    If you are buying links from those sites where lots of people are buying, you would get caught... it would be good buy links from those sites where Google is not able to track.
