vicdigi, it's not always the fault of the directory itself: * power outage * Internet goes down * connection times out * browser crashes * the connection expires * etc. By the way, why do some directories put a time limit on the submission process? That kills me! Sometimes I get a phone call or become somehow distracted during a submission.
I have experienced this problem with directories that have really bad captchas with both upper and lower case letters and numbers in different fonts. Sometimes, it's not easy to distinguish zero from oh and other similar characters. When the captcha says no, the script doesn't remember the submitted info for the URL field. Much better solution IMO to have the submission form provide an example for the field next to (above, below, whatever) the form and fill it with the previous data (if any). Best solution is to do away with image captchas altogether and use anti-bot text question systems.

I don't buy any software that I can't test on my own system, especially not for $150. That's a heck of a risk. I've learned the hard way with other software. There should be a trial available for "Form Filler.".
