hey, a few days back I was chatting with one of my friends on msn, I would like to know the price of a site that

has original content about 700 tutorials and about 1500 files to download with a database of about 96,000 registered members. Website is related to websign and animation tools, domain is about 4-5 years old. not sure but a roughly income can be $500-$600 through adsense only. no more advertising or any other source of advertising options selected for that specific site.

what do you guys think that site worths, if anyone seriously interested, pm me and I will show the URL, but I will also get his permission in the meanwhile.

40 gb isn't a problem -- most people will take monthly revenue and multiply it by 10 or 12 - so $7200 isn't out of the question. Also depends on the site, layout, manageability - also most people check current adsense since many tutorial sites use adsense next to images which is now no longer allowed

he was interested in selling since he has to pay for bank loans and loss in his bussiness, and need money, I know how much time he has put in that site and also earned thousands but he need money badly and has no choice. he was also interested in selling his very powerful portfolio with hundreds of his very own flash designs and advanced scripts like cms he has coded, and may the whole network with the main company site.

I personally dont have that much money otherwise I would have taken the whole network.

btw - at the moment 411 user(s) active in the forums only.

I'll buy it if it's getting a nice steady natural flow of traffic (non-paid traffic of any type). Seems like a cool niche to get into, and I can monetize the hell out of just about anything just so long as the traffic is constant and real. Shoot me an email - Jon @ wickedfire.com or hit me up on AIM: aojon
