    It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Unless I missed something, you took articles from other sites, which is copyright infringement.

    I am not 100% sure, but is shouldn't be a lawsuit issue if credit for the articles are given to the respective owner.

    That's not true. You're thinking of "fair use," but it's limited. If that were okay, then I could just create my own TV station, broadcast other network's shows and give some little credit at the end.

    To be under fair use, it needs to pass four tests. Using a blurb is usually fine. Using an entire or large chunk of an article isn't.

    I might not be an IP lawyer yet, but I know enough to know that's copyright infringement.

    Hey Guys .. I am just pulling feeds from other sites.... which is allowed by RSS & also I am keeping all the linking back to the sites in place... all the blogs allow this ! so what is the problem... Check this blog post for example...

    Yes copyright problems for sure. You are allowed to use a "snippet" of the articles etc. If this was legal I would put up thousands of niche news blogs lol

    You can use a snippet and then link directly to the source, so maybe change it?
