You can have that domain go two ways... Dental industry and...well "oral"...ehhm. It is brandable however, but you never know what value will be found in it from someone. I would think of a way to market it. Right now...retail value low XXX. Domainers...very low XX. Corporate...??? Good luck.
That's the first thing that came to mind...lol The name has some end user potential. Toothpaste, mouthwash, floss ...generally the dental industry - And yes, probably a gem for some in the adult industry as well. You should try and come up with a good marketing strategy. .
