freshdrop VS registercompass, which one of these is the best PR domain Catcher??

Freshdrop.Net is an online tool, i think most domainer on earth know about this

but freshdrop.Net reg fee is $87/month, which is too much for new comer in domain world

registercompass.com, maybe some ever heard about this online tool?
reg fee is $37 per month, which is far, more affordable from freshdrop.net

the questions are :
1. what do you think is the best domain catcher tools in the web?? ( you can mention other than freshdrop or registercompass )
2. any positif or negative experience with registercompass.com??
3. any positif or negative experience with freshdrop.net??
4. for newbie domainer with weak budget, what will you suggest for affordable, but have good quality tool to catch domain??

i never use registercompas. but when I use freshdrop several month ago, I feel satisfied. Its very good to catch PR domain, with filtering fake and valid PR.

 

indoforum - what pr (3,4,5 ? )you catch on freshdrop?

 

Any more information you have found on this.? i am interested in registercompass but i am like you with a week budget
