    This is a wallpaper website i just made, it has 1500 wallpapers posted and i will upload a few thousand more wallpapers on it.

    its very easy to maintain .

    .com has a FULL 1 year validity remaining.
    you can even " invest" in it for such a low price, keep it for a few months, and then flip it for 3-5 times the profit at least.

    this is an auction - either bid or best offer. and this baby is your's

    I'll let it go for any reasonable price.

    yes , adsense are allowed on wallpaper websites,
    adsense is NOT allowed on adult sites, which it is not, also, if you still have doubts about it, you can always change the wallpaper to whatever you think is adsense safe ( space/animals/etc etc)
