Frequent Payment

I have a site that is getting over 30,000 impressions per day. I am in need of a CPM program that can pay a 0.50-$1.00 CPM. And also that they pay frequently. In means that they pay every 15 days or so, also payment needs to be done via paypal.
Anyone know of a program like this?

 

Not sure if this is any good, but the first cpm ad network here pays me around $0.45 - $0.70 cpm for each banner ad format that I use on my entertainment site. I gave the link above as it quickly outlines what the program has to offer.

Anyway I use 3 different ad formats per page giving me around $1.35 - $2.10 cpm per page. They also offer popunders, that pay around $3 - $5 cpm, but I don't use the popunders.

They pay via check and paypal. They don't pay every 15 days though, which is the only downside. They pay every month on Net 60 terms I think.
