If you're using hosting, this happens when mysql isn't running (or there are other problems with MySQL). It's not an error with any software you're running, but with MySQL. Who is your host?
It seems that MySQL is going down frequently on your server. If you are on a shared hosting only your host can fix this problem. Kailash
