Frequent Design Changes Drives Away Loyal E-Commerce Customers?

    This thing is important to me. Personally I think changing the design(and possibly layout) frequently drives away existing loyal customers for online e-commerce businesses.

    I agree. I myself don't like changes to some sites that I am already familiar with.

    Even 'non frequent' changes piss some people off. Every time I have had redesigns, even if it's a huge improvement some loyal customers complain about the changes.
