frequent change of blog title, what is the bad effects?

    is it not good to change the blog title often?
    recently i have my own blog, and i often change the title or tags.
    any bad effects?:confused:

    Title will have major effect in search engines, if the title are keyword stuffed & optimized then there wont be any problem

    it will not effect the blog if blog is related to keywords or title.
