    i think you should just use one of many existing themes or layouts, you obviously can't get it working properly

    its not necessary that you will get clicks if you have visitors. try to optimize your ads. make it look like natural. i don't like the ads placement. cause no one is going to click the ads below your heading. and the right below one. only the right Top one is cool.

    The key is to show adds users are really interested in. That's the only thing that drives higher click rates.
    The maximum I got is 7% the minimum ~1%

    To enable google to show really relevant adds, you need to have a site with a very clear theme so google can show really relevant adds. HAving gone through your site, I'm not sure what the theme is, so the googlebot definitely cant find adds that closely match your site...

    there are lots of thing to be done before you think about backlinking.

    you need to select a good domain based on a market research nothing like kjhnbv bla bla.com

    then you need to add unique content that is useful and worth to be read.

    after that all you start to build links.

    its not a one day work, but it takes a while to achieve success.
