French Perfumes site ranking #1 (MSN), #3 (Google), #1 (Yahoo) 13,000 pages indexed

The site is a PR3 with close to 13,000 pages indexed in Google. For a brief period last month it showed PR4 on the toolbar. Some datacenters probably are still showing the PR4. All results using the site: command are of course with full descriptions. No supplemental results. Co-op weight is 5,500

The site is avaraging $3.50/day from adsense. If I was to work on it some more, could probably rank some inner pages and build the adsense revenue nicely. The site is definetely not sandboxed by any of the engines as is clear from the results posted above.

Will be considering all reasonable offers right here in this thread. I'll disclose more info about the site, if needed.

If an acceptable offer does not come in, I'll keep the site and get that adsense to over $25/day by using my network and ranking inner pages etc. No pressing need to sell quickly.

Well.. I baught the domain a while back like 4 months ago for 200 bucks.. and have been using this site for co-op weight ever since. The seller kept ownership of the files and was benefiting from the affilate income (no idea how significant). Last month I had extra cash lying around so I paid off the price the seller was asking for the content and took full ownership of the website. My total cost on this site was $650. At that time, the impressive rankings you see above were not there. I achieved those through linking from my network etc.

Given that my cost on the site is $650... you can get some idea of what I'm looking for here. I'll need some time to fix a BIN. Let a few members throw a few offers, and then I'll post a BIN.

 

What traffic does it get? How does it work, are the items dropshipped or what?

 

OK, this is one of 50 sites I own.. I don't monitor stats for any of these sites except for my main domain. Based on the adsense channel impressions I see in my account, looks like 200-300 pageloads/day.

The previous seller still has their affiliate ID embedded in there.. so dunno how significant the actual perfume sales are. There isn't any shipping etc. involved. I believe it's comission based, very similar to Honey's jewelry site which was sold here a week or so ago.

Never got around to registering my own affiliate ID and switching it to monitor the affiliate sales.

and I forgot to mention that the domain name itself is a three character .com which in itself adds to the value.

Actually the links were fine earlier. The original owner (whom I baught the site from) doesn't know about this error, and I just became aware of it now also.

It's obviously an error like any other error. I wasn't aware of it, and it's recent. Thanks for pointing it out.

The sale of anything I sell is obviously subject to the site being free of these types of errors. Potential buyers can expect the site to be handed over only after such errors are fixed.
