    Do they accept english sites? Because from what I can see from your sample directories list, not even a single english website is listed in any of the categories of the respective websites.

    yes they do accept english sites if you use french description and keywords, but keep the title in english for the seo purpose, that's probably why you missed the english sites ;)

    pr in quite higher than the english ones, as they are not as spammed, i think there are around 400 directories with pr above 2.

    Then I guess you must be well versed with French language. I suppose you will translate all the details to French language and then process these submissions. Right? Will you provide me the submission logs (screenshots) and verify the emails as well? Is there any review copy available?
