The site is a few months old, as you can see ive not had time to add much content / free wp themes, the site does get traffic but is currently small. With some basic link work this can get good / high rankings in a very high demand niche. This is a strong keyword related domain and i will end up listing on Flippa if no respectable offers come through here.

The current Design is Unique.. I did have intentions of having it sponsored and release it for free however the new owner can decided if the want to keep the theme Unique or receive a payment from a template / theme Sponsor to release it for free.
