freeware to put a border around images

i'm looking for a freeware program to do this to an image, preferably able to do the same to several images at once in a batch process:



or if someone knows how to do it quickly using photoshop that would be good too, cheers!

 

You want the image to be resized to about those dimensions?

And have rounded corners like that?

yes i have photoshop 7. can it be done? if you could tell me how to do it step by step in photoshop that would be fine, no need to waste your time for my sake!

Just go to "actions" and choose record, then you just do your stuff and it records it.
