Selling FreeUKSurveys.com - Site With Good SERPS, Regular Traffic, Revenue Stream - Cheap BIN

Reluctantly selling my paid survey website, FreeUKSurveys.com
The site will be 3 years old in March, as you can probably see it has been neglected a bit and not updated for a while. However, if you search for "Free UK Surveys" in Google.co.uk it is one of the top results. This is a very competitive subject, a great money earner, so with a little work it could be getting a lot of traffic and earning a lot of money.

I realise the statistics aren't great, but I don't think they are very accurate IMO, I think due to a change with the web host a while back.

The website could display Adsense adverts but currently doesn't; it just links out using affiliate links to the various free paid survey sites. These pay around £1 per free sign up. You could continue this way or alternatively could promote 1 or 2 survey sites that you need to pay to join - there are loads on clickbank etc.

Don't really want to sell this as it has great potential - currently ranks quite well and with the addition of a few pages and more content it could do extremely well.
