    I am open to offers for this site www.freeukclassifieds.com I have had it for nearly 2 years and it has potential if you are prepared to advertise it. The site is hosted by my reseller account at Heartinternet who provide 99.9% uptime. This site was my first classifieds project and I think I have taken it as far as I can with zero budget. Currently PR3 and over 3000 backlinks. Ideal for anyone who wants to use affiliate programs. I am open to offers.

    Not sure. Im working on a new project, so whatever I get goes into that. Obviously the more the better! If the buyer is happy with the hosting and site structure, hosting is included with the price for life. If the buyer would wish to relocate the hosting or change the script then that is up to them. The domain name is registered with idotz and I will do a full domain name push, or you can pay for a full transfer to a different registrar. To be honest, I will be a little upset to let this one go, its one of my best! I need cash for my new project. I am not going to let it go cheap though!
