    I have not tried using Adsense as I have been with YPN for a while and need to get an adsense account. There are alot of ways the new owner could better monetize the site.

    I am looking for at least low $x,xxx

    Don't think that you can compare both sites (the provided link to illegal content).

    I'm wondering how do you got all that organic traffic and what was the reason for the traffic jump (some time before), The question is, will google keep the site in the SERPs (since the site has not so much unique content)

    I have not checked out this site due to other DP'ers saying it has loads of pop-ups.

    Remove them and you may get more looking at your auction...

    90% of traffic is from SEs, other 10% is from direct traffic and links to my site. I cant guarantee the SERPs, but the site is relatively old and established, so it should maintain decent rankings.
