Revenue: the site is using Adsense and has only had 2 $0.30 cent clicks to date.. I am a designer and have designed a few free releases and have had them sponsored ($200) that said i am not claiming that as revenue.. but it is an idea if you are a capable designer as it would prove an extra stream of revenue if you were to design / release sponsored.

Ive spent a lot of time making this site as Search Engine Friendly as possible, the new owner will only need to add new content, there are currently 14 keyword rich / targeted posts.. Ive also released a few free templates across different platforms, these contain backlinks to this site using main keywords "Free Templates" this will help improve rankings over time.
