It's a free WordPress themes provider I started earlier this month, but due to health and financial problem I couldn't do decent promotion.

Revenue: No Revenue

Yes it's a new site, but so far I receive very good feedback from the users, they really like my themes quality, plus I never put encrypted links on the footer.

Domain is 3+ years old, very brandable and perfect for this project, even it still fit if you want to expand to offer other CMS themes. The domain already received few offers at $xxx in the past.

The website built on top of WordPress with Woocommerce plugin because I have a plan to sell paid themes once I have decent user base. Very easy to maintain and customize.

With this sale you will get everything, domain, website content, database and it's files, released themes with full rights, etc. I can also help you to move it to your hosting.
