EVERYONE is a potential buyer. It all depends on how you present it!

Sorry to be so short with that post. But, that is a tough question to answer. Let's take my father for example...He doesn't understand that you can actually find products for free on the internet. So, if he types "download music," he is looking to buy.

Contrary to the above, not everyone is a potential buyer.

Most people are searching for information. This is why 70% of searchers click free ads.

These people will search terms such as 'plasma tv'

This term is what people use to learn more about a subject. The 'intent' here is education.

Buyers (the other 30% of people doing a search) typically will click the paid ads, since these ads take the buyer to the item they want.

These people search terms such as '42" sony plasma tv'

As you can see the bottom query is a more 'intent' search term, in which our searcher knows what they want and it appears the intent is to make a purchase.

    Peace!

Download is close but make sure you put all the names of torrent sites in your negative keyword list because they may STILL be looking for freebies.
