i am having a blog called as www.online24by7.com which i updated recently. at present its hosted on blogspot. i want to change the colours of rounders 3 template. content on site not much useful. most of the content is to fill the website.

The site itself looks good, but I am confused about the ads. If you have a freelance jobs site, the ads should match what you are writing about. Right now, there are ads for getting rid of belly fat and other things not at all related to the theme of your site. As a potential reader, I would leave the site if I arrived and saw those ads because I would think I had somehow gotten to the wrong place. Also, it is best to build traffic to a site before you start advertising. Otherwise, people think you only want to make money. Concentrate on providing quality information. This will help you attract traffic. Once your traffic is steady, then you can concentrate on monetizing the site.

I dont see any drawbacks in your design..its simple and sober so keep it like same but do some SEO for it so that it will hold real value for you

 

i also had the same thing in mind to do SEO. at present i am targeting the word freelancing jobs. site is listed in first 10 pages of google..
