If you're doing it manually, you need to go to tsheets.com and get an account.

I work for a rich woman out of her house doing web and graphic design, and she has no way for me to clock in or out. She didn't even have a sheet for me to write my hours down on and she would lose track of time. For example, so would say something like "Yesterday, you worked for two hours, right?" When I had ACTUALLY worked for four.

If it weren't for me keeping my own log at first, I would have been lost and cheated out of my money. I tried to find a program on download.com that would record my hours, but the ones offered have ugly interfaces and they charge for more than they're worth. Then I looked at websites that offered it online, and then there was tsheets.com.

Love the design and concept. What I also love about it, is that it has a setting where I could manually add in the days and number of hours that I worked for before I found the website.

If you are an individual (not employing anyone), you can sign up for a free limited account. A limited account does not allow you to add employees, which you wouldn't need if you're just working for yourself. they also have something for employers were they can add employees and all that other good stuff. They can also see if they clocked in or not. Remember, this site provides all the features that other time sheet programs provide.
