Hi, I'm looking for a coder that would program a freelancer portal including user profiles and inquieries. I have a design in PSD. This also needs coding. I'm looking for PHP + MySQL, XHTML + CSS. System features: * adding inquiries (text fields and files-attachements) + option to close the inquiry by the author * user profiles (avatar, info) including references (two types of text references + resize of graphic works-references) * user list * "iTrader-like" system (plus/minus points) * limited visibility for unregistered users (those can see just a part of the inquiry) + registration No OpenSource CMS.
