Freelancer needed to help with wordpress plugin (PHP) $20

    I have a cookie stuffing widget for wordpress. At the moment it obfuscates the affiliate url with bin2hex code, randomly cookie stuffs the visitor (1 in 5) and this can only be changed by altering the php file. I need someone to allow it to be used with more than one affiliate url and allow the user to change the frequency of visitors that are stuffed from the widget menu in wordpress.
