Most of the people are familiar with freelancer.com. I want to ask these people a question. Recently I bid on project and my bid was selected as the winning bid and 5$ fee was taken but now the project creator is not contacting me and is offline for more than a week. Is there any way to cancel this project and get back the fee taken. Thanks in Advance.
Contact http://www.freelancer.com/report/contact.php They will resolve issue within 24 hours. Also you should get client's email address after winning project. Contact him through email.
