welll, for freelancing no special qualification is needed, you just need to have your earlier work, and presenting it in a manner which would really attract some attention, is the best way of doing it. there are lots of freelance job boards, get registered in them and start applying in the bids, may be somebody will take a notice of you and BINGO, you will get your breakthrough. Initially you may have to compromise on your cost a little but in the longer run, it is really a wise thing to do
