A series of mortgage companies are looking for mortgage and real estate related articles to be used in the websites and or publications. We will pay on a per submission basis and upon request of the articles. Article length is between 500 to 1000 words. Compensation is negotiable, please PM your per 500 word rate. Requirements: Each article must have 3 to 7 points Each point must have a subheading. Each article needs to be greater than 500 words and no more than 1200 words. Each article should have keywords along the masthead. At least five keywords, and no more than seven should be used. Keyword density target is 3%. Each article requires a title no more than 80 characters or four words * not including the words; and, it, the, or, etc.. Each article requires a brief description which can be a slight variation of the article. Note the description offered in our example. It is about 35- 40 words.
