A word of warning to everyone!! I paid Stephen $600 to complete some work for me, 5 weeks on and I am still waiting for it to be finished. He was supposed to add content to our websites last week which he still has not done! He is also meant to be doing a forum design for our company, but this has taken him over 7 weeks to do, and still it is no where near how we want it! Be warned, I am hoping Stephen will prove me wrong, but he has ignored my emails for the past few days!! EDIT: I have also just noticed he has added one of our companies websites to his portfolio, he has done this without our permission. Also the testimonials are fake, as Fiona Harrison does not work for our company!!!
Did you leave him a negative iTrader or was the transaction outside of DP? That helps others be alerted to his poor business practices.
I have not left negative itrader yet as I have paid for the service, if he does not complete the work or email me with a few days then I will leave negative itrader and start legal proceedings!
Unfortunately there was a miss communication between Jon and I. I was waiting for content from him to be added to his website, he was waiting for me to do some changes. In regards to the testimonials, they were never intended to be legitimate testimonials, why would I list the same one twice? I'm in the process of coding my website as it's still incomplete and used it as a filler to show what it will look like once I have time to update it with real testimonials. Also, I didn't know I need permission to add my own work to my own portfolio It's all been worked out though and I'm continuing doing work for him, including a few redesigns for a few of his websites. Well seeing how fxresolute was able to complete my landing page design along with xhtml/css within 4-5 hours. Your vandalism makes it hard to grasp, especially with an over estimate deadline of 5 weeks.... Since the guy that filed the original complaint is now "banned", I would rule this thread as void since the original buyer most likely possessed some internal conflicts. BTW, fxresolute is probably the only designer that I've dealth with whom is usually on aim consistently to resolve any problems misheps. I can't say the same for most oversea competitors.

I was banned for a completely different reason! And I have had a number of PM's since posting this complaint saying that customers have paid stephen to do a job and he hasn't done it! I have to say yet again, communication is terrible from Stephen, and I have waited over a week for an email listing the progress he has made, and unsuprisingly when he came online and I asked him for the work he had done, he hadn't done any! I last spoke to him on Friday 19th December, and he promised he would email me that night, and I still haven't got the email, because he hasn't done any work! He didn't start his christmas holiday break until Tuesday 23rd December! He's a nice guy, and I tried helping him out so he could pay the rent on his house and to pay for a new car etc, but once you send the money he treats you like dirt! Just be warned people! I will be glad when all the work is finally done, but at the rate stephen goes, it wont be until 2010!!!
