    Seeing as how new this site is i will skip pass the above comments as they are still not fixed.

    One thing about having a site like this is the fact that you will want to attract people to find jobs. With that being said i don't really think it is a good idea to show that you currently have no job listed at all.

    When you have fixed the other problems mention i think you will find that people might give your site a chance.
