I am a freelance programmer who is looking for an employer. Past experience: * 6+ years of PHP/MySQL * C++ * Java * Javascript * Very little experience in flash * VB * CSS/HTML/XHTML * Cocoa Employer must speak and understand fluent english, as well as have a project/budget/timeline in mind. My general practice is for the employer to name a project/list of tasks, name the budget, and name the timeline. I then decide if these are acceptable, program what is needed, and when I produce the finished product, I show it to the employer, they pay, and I turn it over to them.
