Buying Freelance Magento & Wordpress Programmers

    I sometimes work with clients on Magento and Wordpress projects.

    However, I don't always have time to administer the small changes required.
    Looking for any freelance programmers who can assist me during time of high workload.

    I'll look for you via Skype, usually on adhoc/small changes when needed.

    Are you looking for an hourly rate or fixed pricing? Also, is it that you will be referring the clients to these freelancers or will we be working under your directive?
