nice site and design, but your server taking a lot of time, try switching it. Plus i can not see any alexa ranking for your site, why? Try submiting your site to alexa and join some link exchange.
Its cool site layout and middle graphic is very nice...Just suggest you will try to change the logo...add something Nice font logo

Don't like the design. I post a few jobs on elance before and have gotten some good contractors working for me. Your site doesn't look professional and it seems like you are promoting GetAFreelancer.com. Also, who are you targeting as readers of your site? To me, It looks like you are targeting newbies in the freelance world. If that is the case, more on how to work as a freelancer would be better... articles like how to organize your time, how to work from home.... the listing of jobs is good but you should also includes other freelance sites
My 2 cents. If you are trying to make a realistic business out of this...get rid of the adsense and banners to the the sites...it reeks of unprofessionalism. On the other hand, if you are trying to monetize it with adsense and aff links...leave it as is cause they'll be looking for a way off the site to find a "real" freelance site...at least you give them an option to hitting the "back" button. If you've got all the "back office' stuff taken care of...give it a go...but give your first customers some incentive to try your service until you get established.
The design is not that good .Change the looks of the site and place your referral links at a place where it can be located in the first visit.
