    I am a Freelance Graphic Designer. My designing is a canvas to your imaginations. I have strong grip on Web 2.0 tools and tricks. Using Adobe Photoshop i can carve your imaginations into Quality Graphics.

    I have a digital photo of a family member who died recently. I want to have the photo reworked in Photoshop so that the background and the young girl in the photo are removed. The finished product must be in portrait format with a neutral background.

    Can you do this and what is the cost?
