Freelance anime sketcher/penciler for hire

Hey all, I have been posting and accepting jobs on the other category. My handle is not the most appropriate here but I got a niece who can draw superb anime sketch. Her drawings are at par with those you see in famous anime movies or story books. She can provide a sample if needed.

I'm hoping you could tell us where she could find freelance work. She can just snail mail the the finish sketch to you or use whatever submission method you want. Is this possible to get this kind of gig anywhere here?

I'm not sure but a service like this could be of interest some people here. I'd scan some examples and post them, along with rates. Otherwise, you'll get the same questions over and over.

You may also check some other freelancing sites, try a Google search for "hire freelancer" or something similar.

try signing up at freelancer sites like guru and getafreelancer. want ads for anime art occasionally come up on those.

if anything you can advertise on here. many designers can trace the sketches and create an illustration from them. would make for a great character type of service. especially if you can find a designer willing to create an outline or full color illustration from the drawings.

you're right. she is very talented. maybe you should get her adobe illustrator for christmas and she take that talent to a new level and start doing illustrations in there and once she's good enough and knows her way around the application she can start submitting the work to micro stock companies and selling it.

 

As ansi said, the money is in business.
