    Why are you selling this site?
    I no longer have enough time to bring this site to its full potential since my workload is getting heavier and heavier.

    Is the price negotiable?
    Yes, the price is very negotiable. I have worked very hard on this site, and if I think you are the right person to inherit it, I am willing to lower the price and give you some bonuses as well.

    How is it monetized?
    It it not. I have been focusing very heavily on SEO to get it ranking for several keywords like JAV Streaming and JAV Porn, which is why 66% of daily traffic is from organic search engines.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes, a subreddit with 8000+ subscribers (and growing by 100-300 subscribers everyday) with 5 reddit accounts all with at least 15 000 karma.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Not much, just spend half an hour or so a day uploading and labeling JAV videos and you're good to go.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Just keeping up to date posting new videos and upgrade the server if possible.

    Here is the traffic acquisition for the past week:

    Website traffic is increasing significantly. Organic search engine traffic for January 26 just jumped by 4 000 overnight, which you can observe by the bump at the end of the 'Users' graph.

    Subreddit subscriber count has also increased by 600 since time of posting and is projected to hit 9 000 in the next four days.

    Please keep in mind that as these statistics continue to grow, I will be increasing the price of the website accordingly.
