    I have an environment themed blog that I want to sell, I bought it a couple of months ago with a few others to further network with my main environment blog but am finding that I dont really have the time to run multiple blogs. So have been cutting them loose lately to help pay off some debt that I have incurred lately.

    This site is about alternative energy sources - Solar Power / Wind Power / Electo Magnetic Power etc. It is PR2 rankes, runs on the latest version of wordpress.

    The site comes with a mailing list, (currently 101 members with getresponse.com - account will be included) and a free solar power ebook.

    The site has been online for more then a year and has over 80 posts with about 648 indexed pages and 58 other domains linking to it.

    Low reserve auction sale, payments via paypal only.

    Site has not been marketed real well, other then some articles have been posted on other sites with back links,
    thus traffic is not that great yet, however it is a good paying niche ... & should be no problem to earn back your investment quickly
