Yes! I was worried no one would get the reference.

That was pretty much my point to the impolite teen. He presented a dogmatic statement that Islam was better than Christianity or Judiasm because it came later. By that mode of thinking, The Baha'i' Faith is even better than Islam.

I met a Baha'i' family in the U.S. a few years back. They were Western converts. I met them through one of their extended family members, who was a Western convert to Judaism. I met her because she married a friend of mine who is a half-gypsy Atheist. It's a strange world. :D

They seemed like very nice people, although reading up on The Baha'i' Faith I discover that it is yet one more religion which does not accept homosexuality. I'm heterosexual myself, but I tend to think that the way religions treat homosexuals is indicative of the way they will treat all non-believers if they gain temporal power.

It is up to you that you deny the truth I have said.

There is a difference between the true prophets of God and the false ones.

I will write the origin of bahai religion if I have time for that, and it is enough to know their origion to know how liar are its founders. It is full of shame and errors.

When you ask for people to respect your religion which is based on a book full of lies(the Quran) , written by a pedophile, murderer and a liar(Mohammad), it seems odd that you would disparage anyone elses religion based on the status of its founders. Isn't one liar the same as another?

It's up to you to back up anything you say, instead of simply making dogmatic assertions with no basis in common sense.

    So says you.

Was the Báb a caravan robber who sold hostages into slavery, murdered those he couldn't sell, and kept his choice as sex slaves? Did the Báb have old people murdered because he laughed at them? Did the Báb make treaties with his neighbors, only to break the treaties and murder his neighbors when he grew powerful enough? Did the Báb pressure his followers to give him their six year old daughter as a wife?

Serious, how bad could the Báb be in comparison?

Link for everyone's convenience: The Báb on Wikipedia.

    The origin of bahai religion:
The person who started such lies was Alí Muḥammad Shírází.

He started first by claiming himself to be the Mahdi (a muslim leader of the family of prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, who will come at the end period of this life to spread justic and cut off the root of criminals). Then after that he claimed that He was Adam at the time of Adam, and Noah at the time of Noah, and Moses at the time of Moses, Jesus at the time of Jesus, and Mohammad at the time of Mohammad, and Ali at the time of Ali (A cousin of prophet Mohammad and the husband of his noble daughter).

Then he found it not enough, so he unnounced that he is better than prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, and that God has given him a book that is better than the Quran, and said :" If it is a challenge to bring a chapter like the Quran, then it is more challenge to bring a letter like my book", and he wrote a book that is full of gramatical errors and full of lies.

Then after all these lies, he found it not enough, so he claimed himself to be God, and he wrote: "those who are other than me are my creation, so worship me!"

This is the first person who started the bahai's religion, and you can imagine how evil is such.

Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him and his family, said that "there will be 30 liars, each of them claim to be a prophet, while I am the last of the prophets; No prophet after me"

The very well known so far are the following:
    1. Musylimah and 2. Al-Aswad Al-Ansi, both appeared at the time of the prophet, peace be upon him.
    3. Gulam Ahmad who is the leader of Ahmadis
    4. Bahais' bab.
    5. Rashad Kalifah.
    6. A person at the time of Abbasid empire. ( I forgot his name)
    7. Elijah Mohammad in US.

So your whole argument is that The Báb didn't agree with Islamic dogma? That's all you've got? By that measure, five billion humans should be put to death right now.

There's nothing evil in disagreeing with Muhammad. You're head isn't screwed on quite straight.

I heard Bab claimed he was Mehdi and it's first time I see he claimed he was other prophets and even God! he could straightly look at sun in hot weather in city of Bushehr and it was his miracle. He claimed I'm true so could look at truth (sun).

    did you read his book?
I heard his book disappeared and Baha'i's faith is established by a guy named Bahaullah who was banished from Iran to Istanbul and then to Haifa (Palestine/Israel).
I saw a Baha'i guy two years ago, he told me Baha'is people banned to work as an army and politician so guess this religion must be a peaceful one.

    From Wikipedia:

Since the Islamic Revolution of 1979 Iranian Bahá'ís have regularly had their homes ransacked or been banned from attending university or holding government jobs, and several hundred have received prison sentences for their religious beliefs, most recently for participating in study circles.[67] Bahá'í cemeteries have been desecrated and property seized and occasionally demolished, including the House of Mírzá Buzurg, Bahá'u'lláh's father.[45] The House of the Báb in Shiraz, one of three sites to which Bahá'ís perform pilgrimage, has been destroyed twice.[45][111][112]

According to a US panel, attacks on Bahá'ís in Iran have increased since Mahmoud Ahmadinejad became president.[113][114] The United Nations Commission on Human Rights revealed an October 2005 confidential letter from Command Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Iran to identify Bahá'ís and to monitor their activities.[115] Due to these actions, the Special Rapporteur of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights stated on March 20, 2006, that she "also expresses concern that the information gained as a result of such monitoring will be used as a basis for the increased persecution of, and discrimination against, members of the Bahá'í faith, in violation of international standards. The Special Rapporteur is concerned that this latest development indicates that the situation with regard to religious minorities in Iran is, in fact, deteriorating."[115]

On May 14, 2008, members of an informal body known as the "Friends" that oversaw the needs of the Bahá'í community in Iran were arrested and taken to Evin prison.[113][116] The Friends court case has been postponed several times, but was finally underway on January 12, 2010.[117] Other observers were not allowed in the court. Even the defence lawyers, who for two years have had very minimal access to the defendants, had difficulty entering the courtroom.[117] The chairman of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom chairman said that it seems that the government has already predetermined the outcome of the case and is violating international human rights law.[117] Further sessions were held on February 7, 2010[113] and April 12, 2010.[118]

On January 3, 2010, Iranian authorities detained ten more members of the Baha'i minority, reportedly including Leva Khanjani, granddaughter of Jamaloddin Khanjani, one of seven Baha'i leaders jailed since 2008 and in February, arrested his son, Niki Khanjani.[119]

Well, it does seem to be a small religious minority doing the violence.

Unfortunately, that religious minority holds the rest of the nation hostage.

Aren't you at all worried about being imprisoned, tortured, and executed for your posts here on DP?

There was a problem between the bahais as to whom the leadership should be after bab died.

Bahaullah came after the bab, even though he is considered as the basis of bahai's religion because of his effort, but he is actually a follower for the bab.

You are asking me about the books?
Didn't you question your friends about what was written in their holy book? and how can they know their religion if there is no reference for them? this would help you to know from where the muslim schoolers wrote the so many reports about the bahais religion.

As you know there are rules to judge whether a person is muslim or not, and since it is very critical issue, there must be clear picture about the situation being considered to be able to judge.

All muslims agreed that Bahais are disbelievers, and so is the case with Ahmadis.

Of course here is an important issue that must be considered:
    1. Those who generated the lies are to be excuted as was done with the bab.
    2. the current followers are but followers who understand nothing, so there should be no attack against them. Muslims should speak to them nicely and show to them the falsehood of their religion.

Now just to cut off the way for the hypocrit christians and jews who would use this as usual to attack muslims, I would like to advice them to look at their own history and religious people to know that their religion is based exactly on fighting against falsehood and its generators.

"Think not that I came to set peace on Earth, I came not to set peace but a sword. For I came to set the son against his father, and the daughter against her mother". said Jesus, peace be upon him.

Don't you mean after he was murdered by his friendly neighborhood Shia's?

Try to remember this line next time you wonder why no one likes you.

Murdering people for disagreeing with you isn't a policy that's going to win you a lot of friends.

I'm not quite safe but guess if they want to arrest people who talk against them, I will be in bottom of their list.

So Jesus told you to kill apostates from Islam?

I think Charlie Manson is looking for a cell mate, and you appear more than qualified.
