You have 121 file requests for a home page that has very little content on it. Also, it looks like you are using the default and very awful Wordpress Twenty Fifteen theme. There is not much to say. You should definitely reduce the number of file requests. Also, run your site through tools.pingdom.com and you will see you are missing a file (blank9.gif)
This is MFA, right? You're not actually expecting real people to wade through the content Is there a nation in the world where people still need to be told this kind of thing? I expected to find a calculator where I could put in my US State, how many minutes I required, how much data I required and whether I wanted pre-paid or account and you would crunch the numbers and spit out a result. It would be a fairly simple plugin to write and you have all the info - would just be much more user friendly.
Inacessible fixed metric fonts, illegible thin glyph webfonts, lack of sufficient visual queues on several of your links, painfully agonizing to watch load, pathetically broken attempt at being responsive, and it's turdpress so the underling codebase is a bloated mess wasting 16k of markup on delivering 2.3k of plaintext and ONE content image, possibly three times the code needed for such a simple page. Hence why the ridiculous 1.8 megabytes in 50 separate files (that climbs another 70 or extra files after onload) leaves someone waiting for this effectively empty page screaming "FOR WHAT?!?" The content wastes time explaining things nobody should need explained, seemingly in an attempt to cover up a lack of ACTUAL content.
