You guys crack me up. hehe. I didn't even look at the code today. I'm letting the dust settle for a few days. I'll consider almost anything though.
Google is walking my Motorcycle Book Store as we speak. I'm getting flooded with notification emails.
Some php code one of the members posted here that looks at user agents and emails on a google hit. I think the code is in this thread.
So far it walked the indexes and only a few books. Not enough to tell. But it's guaranteed to happen if the pages are surfed, by a bot or human.
What a great little script. You can see it running here on the blogging book store. Having issues with my own templates so it's not too pretty in ie (That site never was)...
Not a bad template. At first glance I'd only wanna change the table title bar font. I did not look at the code. Overall pretty good. Thanks for checking in, appreciate the feedback.
Haha... I'd better be careful there What should I change the font to? I'm having some REAL issues with this crappy HTML at the moment (It was a rush job)... I just can't get the site to look good in ie.
SEbasics I think you template is good, it has a very individual feel compared to all the other book stores I have seen and belive me I have seen a few!! Change the font to somthing more clear! and yes in IE the bottom of the tables is off to the left, mozzilla just presents things in such an expected way.
Finally Google has indexed something other than the index page, now a couple of the letter pages too. Plus I'm getting a few emails an hour today telling me Google is looking at other pages. Still only 4 pages though from the store are indexed
If you are using that php code for Google bot notifications, it usually takes 2-3 days after an email for Google to put those pages in it's index.
Nice looking script loaded it up but no books get this tried a couple of different search keywords same results any ideas? Thanks Contacting Amazon for 1000 results in one call from reported search results for woodworking. Start page is 1 Be patient and just wait. Amazon SOAP query ended. Can you verify your mysql database exists and the tables are named correctly? I see no errors, however I'm stumped.

That is my experience. My site was deep crawled on the 18th and the newly cached pages showed up yesterday in Google's index. So sometimes it can be just a day. I've yet to have any FREEBS pages besides my book index crawled, but I'm sure it's going to happen soon. I have some other dynamically created pages on my site that took almost a 2 months before they were crawled and indexed. Hopefully FREEBS will happen sooner.
