I was wondering today, is there such a thing online as freebies, free stuff for people? If you know of something or anyone who has gotten something free, share...Many people claim getting ipods, laptops, etc..

No problem.. I was actually quite lucky too, because I happened to finish the offer right as the new ipod was coming out, and they sent me it (which let me say my black ipod video is darn sexy)...

it's rather easy too, you can sign up friends/family/whoever as long as you use a different cc# and different address.

    Hope that helped some :)

Treasure Trooper lists free offers, a lot of them with 'participation required' usually it comes down to signing up for a free trial, then canceling the trial and you end up with something for free. You also get paid for signing up for free trials and giving out your email address.

There's lots of stuff you can get and lots of different ways to get stuff.
Go have a look treasuretrooper.com (If you want to be really nice send me a pm so I can give you my referral link)

Nothing on the internet (other than information) is free. There is always some cost associated with everything, even if it isn't monetary. For example, with all of these free ipod/laptop/money programs you have to sign up for all kinds of 'free' offers that get you loaded with spam at the very least and can cost you money if you don't cancel before the trail offer is over. On top of that, many times you have to refer other people who have to complete their offers before you get anything. Even running a website won't get you free money, because you have to put work into developing content and promoting your site.

Actually some of those pyramid schemes do work. They make so much money from the several free services that you use that it more than pays for the item (like an iPod or video game system) that you acquire. I know people who've gotten X-Boxs and iPods.

I didn't say they don't work, I said they aren't 'free'. You have to sell out yourself and sometimes your friends and family to get something that you could just as easily get through more legitimate means. Pyramid schemes only work as long as you aren't on the bottom.
