    Why are you selling this site?
    Offloading some of my portfolio

    How is it monetized?
    It's monetised by a freebie incentive scheme by freebiejeebies. Site has in the past earned me thousands of pound, but it's currently not converting well. However, it is getting daily subscribers to the mailing list which I haven't tapped into yet. It's getting several subscribers a day and I can download the current mail chimp subscriber list of about 250+.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    you can have the Facebook if wanted. Comes with a video you can upload too.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    None

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Needs a fresh pair of eyes to maybe do something else with it, try something different to convert the users. Maybe do something with the mailing lists.
