I run a freebie blog and I am entertaining the idea of selling it. Here are some details.

The site is a wordpress blog. You can see it at http://free-stuff-finder.com

I have made about $1700 from the site since last January (11 months). I have made most of the money with Adsense and Commission Junction (I made a tiny bit with Kontera). I have been making a lot more in later months than I did in the very beginning b/c I have optimized my ads and traffic is slowly increasing.

To give you an idea of recent traffic numbers: Over the past month I have averaged 125 visitors and 185 visits a day. But the past week most days have been above 200 visits. None of the traffic is paid for by PPC or any other bought traffic. It’s all from organic search, links, or repeat visitors.

I currently have 193 RSS subscribers.

    It's a PR4 site as well.

The site is only 11 months old and traffic has been on a steady rise the whole time.

I spend about 5 minutes a day posting a freebie. The freebies I find are very easy to get. (Not gonna say how I get them here, but I will if you make an offer).

I also have a Wii and Xbox referral system and the Wii currently has 3 referrals ourt of seven (plus I completed the offer I need to complete) and the Xbox has 3/10 (and I did my offer). I will pass those referrals along with the site as well.

I am looking to get at LEAST 3-4 times my yearly earnings for the site. I estimate by the end of the year I will have made about $2,000.

Please PM your email address if you want to see some more traffic details and screenshots of earnings, I'll send a zip file. Also please PM me with potential offers. If I get any that I am seriously considering I will post them here for counter offers.

Also note that if you are making offers internationally you will have to cover any paypal (or other) fees involved with making transactions over seas…

    Thanks!!

3-4 years earnings is too much; people normally offer 8-24 months max revenue...

Why would i sell a site for 8 months earnings when i can keep doing almost nothing and watch my earnings still go up over the year and make more?

    I wouldn't sell for less than $4000...

i don't NEED to sell it, but i figure i might as well try :)
