Using freeautobot is quite confusing. I've read the help and user guide like a million times and still nothing. Anyway, I set up two messages: Still don't understand the database... One of these I edited: Now the "Days" section is the big problem because I set it up for 1 day after message 0. The system sends like a week later yesterday... :\ Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
Hi Mark, I've used Freeautobat as well and can tell you exactly what's wrong with it... We get what we pay for. In other words, you've set it up absolutely right, it's the service that's flakey. If you deleted your email address from the system and opted in again, you'll probably end up with a completely different result second time round. Not sure if the email providers don;t like Freeautobot because it has the owrd FREE in the name... Basically, it does work, but far from 100% and as soon as you get some money, pay for a good service. Good luck, Sam
